Fireproof Stone color Aluminum core Panel

Stone color Aluminum Core Panel is made up of three layers, with two layers of aluminum skin on the top and bottom, and one layer of embossed Aluminum layer in the middle. For the two aluminum skins, which is processed by chemical anodizing treatment, they are stone color. 

The interlayer is non-combustible aluminum sheet, which has excellent ability in fire resistance. Also mineral material enables ACP to have high peel strength and excellent impact resistance.

   1) Top: aluminum alloy(3003) coated with Fluorin carbon resin (PVDF) or Polyester resin  (PE) roasting painting.
   2) Core:non-toxic polyethylene or  fireproof material(B1).
   3) Back:aluminium alloy sheet coated with polyester resin painting.
   4) Surface finish: PVDF / PE coated, brushed finish, mirror finish, wooden texture, marble texture,nano painting ect.
   5) Surface coating thickness :25~30 μm  70% KYNAR 500 PVDF or PET.
